Role overview: As a Senior Sales Development Representative at Branch, you own the top of the funnel for our biggest bets in APAC. You'll break into enterprise and high-growth accounts, open doors with senior decision-makers, and start the conversations that turn into our largest deals. This is a role for someone who loves the chase — a confident caller and natural relationship-builder who knows the region, uses their local presence and network as an edge, and treats every account as a puzzle worth cracking. You won't just fill a pipeline; you'll shape how Branch shows up across the market and build the reputation — yours and ours — that opens the next door. You'll partner closely with our Account Executives and may flex your schedule to connect with prospects across our global markets. As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you’ll get to: Run creative, multi-channel outbound — calls, email, social and in-region touchpoints — into enterprise and high-growth accounts, and open senior-level conversations that fuel our largest opportunities. Own account strategy alongside Account Executives — build and prioritize target lists, research the accounts that matter, and craft the plan to break into each one. Be the face of Branch in-market — build our visibility and brand across the region, and clearly connect what we do to each prospect's biggest priorities. Use your local presence, relationships and market knowledge across APAC to unlock accounts others can't, and help set the pace for our growth in these key markets.   You’ll be a good fit if you have: 3+ years in an SDR/BDR or outbound sales role, with a track record of prospecting into larger, complex accounts. Genuinely strong on the phone — you enjoy cold calling, handle objections with ease, and build real relationships that open doors. A consistent record of beating targets and ranking among the top performers (top 10–20%). Strong local presence and network in your APAC market, with the cultural fluency to sell effectively across the region. High intent and hunger — you're self-driven, resilient, and treat this as the launchpad for a serious career in sales. Experience selling SaaS, martech or adtech is a strong plus, along with a curiosity for mobile and emerging tech. A collaborative operator who partners tightly with AEs and thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership team. A real passion for building new business — you get energy from starting relationships from scratch and winning. Fast to learn — you can quickly get fluent in a new product and technology and explain it in a way that lands. This role will be based at our Kuala Lumpur/Jakarta. The salary range provided represents base compensation and does not include potential equity, which is available for qualifying positions.
