What You'll Do: Administer medications with precision and care during overnight hours Monitor residents’ well-being and respond to their needs with compassion Maintain accurate medication records and ensure compliance at all times Communicate clearly with families and healthcare teams as needed Support residents with empathy, kindness, and professionalism—making their nights safe and comfortable What We're Looking For: Active Certified Medication Aide certification (in good standing) High school diploma or equivalent At least one year of hands-on experience as a CMA, preferably in a dynamic healthcare setting Expertise in safe, accurate medication administration Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Compassionate, caring approach to resident care Comfort with electronic health records and technology At The Village at Orchard Ridge, you’re not just a Medication Aide—you’re a trusted caregiver, a source of comfort, and a valued member of a community that puts resident well-being first.
