Hire Resolve is recruiting an experienced Room Service Manager for a prestigious luxury 5-star hotel partner in Andorra, Southwest Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong F&B operations experience, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering discreet, high-quality in-room dining experiences within a luxury environment. As Room Service Manager, you will oversee the full in-room dining operation, ensuring seamless 24/7 service delivery, consistent quality standards, and exceptional guest satisfaction. You will lead a dedicated team and work closely with kitchen, front office, and F&B departments to ensure efficient and timely service. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all room service operations, ensuring smooth and efficient 24/7 service delivery. Lead, train, and supervise the room service team to maintain luxury service standards. Ensure accurate order taking, preparation, and timely delivery of in-room dining orders. Maintain high standards of presentation, food quality, and guest satisfaction at all times. Coordinate closely with kitchen and other hotel departments to ensure operational efficiency. Monitor guest preferences and ensure personalised service delivery. Manage staffing schedules, inventory, and operational logistics for room service. Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Requirements Qualification: Higher Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) required. Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in room service or high-end F&B operations in a supervisory or management role within a luxury hotel environment. Languages: Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory. A third language (French and/or Catalan) will be highly advantageous. Logistics: Valid passport and clear criminal record. Leadership: Strong team management, communication, and guest-relations skills. Standards: Professional presentation, high energy levels, and a guest-focused approach. Compliance: Must meet all legal employment requirements for Andorra. Benefits Position: Permanent employment opportunity. Salary: €2,200 Gross per month.
