Career growth opportunity!   Santa Monica Veterinary Group is looking for an experienced, compassionate, and service-minded leader to manage our  Client Service Representative  team.   As the  CSR Manager , you will take the lead in managing and improving the day-to-day operations of the CSR team, ensuring excellent client care in every interaction. You’ll be responsible for overseeing scheduling, client communication, financial transactions, and the smooth operation of the front desk.    Your role will include managing the team’s performance, providing coaching and feedback, developing training programs, and handling any escalated client concerns. You’ll work closely with the veterinary team to ensure seamless communication and a positive, professional environment for both staff and clients.   Schedule and compensation: Compensation: $ 25 - $30  per hour, for each hour worked This is a  flexible full-time  position, with availability needed Monday-Saturday .
