Grade Level: L3 Location: Islamabad Last date to apply: 1st September 2026 Product Manager – Video OTT Platform A person with hands-on, commercially minded Product Manager to own product outcomes across Video OTT consumer journeys. This role sits at the center of product strategy, delivery execution, and customer experience, translating business goals into shippable roadmaps and measurable impact. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of features spanning content discovery, subscription and payment journeys, and platform experience, delivering consistently across mobile apps, web, and TV apps while keeping delivery on track across multiple squads and vendors. The person will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Design, Engineering, Content, Growth, Marketing, and Business, as well as external technology and payment partners—while reporting directly to the Stream Head Content, Jazz Lifestyle Ventures. The role reports directly to the Stream Head and has 2 people reporting directly into it. What does Product Manager do? Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership •         Own the product vision and roadmap for assigned Tamasha workstreams across AVOD and SVOD, aligning them to business objectives and the wider Jazz Lifestyle Ventures strategy. •         Take features through the full product lifecycle: ideation, validation, specification, delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration. •         Translate market, content, and user insights into prioritized, well-scoped backlogs, balancing user value, technical feasibility, and commercial return. •         Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and maintain them through delivery. Delivery & Sprint Management •         Drive delivery governance across squads, managing dependencies, risks, timelines, and release readiness across mobile apps (iOS and Android), Web, and Smart TV / connected TV apps. •         Run agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and apply waterfall or hybrid approaches where the delivery context requires it. •         Maintain roadmaps, trackers, and delivery artifacts in Jira and Confluence, keeping backlogs groomed and stakeholders informed of status and blockers. •         Coordinate across internal engineering teams and external vendors to ensure quality, scope, and timelines are met. Subscription, Monetization & Payment Journeys •         Own subscription journeys end-to-end, including free-to-paid conversion, tiering, upgrade and renewal flows, promo and voucher mechanics, and win-back experiences. •         Optimize checkout and billing flows across payment methods, including carrier and direct-carrier billing, cards, and Mobile Financial Services (MFS) wallet integrations. •         Partner with Growth and Business teams to improve acquisition, activation, retention, and ARPU across AVOD and SVOD models. Customer Experience (CX) & UI/UX •         Champion a customer-first mindset, owning the quality of the end-to-end experience from first open to habitual viewing. •         Partner closely with Design to shape user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes, and to validate them through usability testing. •         Use qualitative and quantitative signals, including support and CX feedback, to identify friction points and drive measurable experience improvements. Analytics, Measurement & Experimentation •         Define product metrics and success criteria, and instrument journeys using GA4, event tracking, and pixel integrations across web and app surfaces. •         Analyze funnels, cohorts, and retention curves to find drop-offs and opportunities, and prioritize accordingly. •         Design and run A/B tests and experiments, interpret results, and turn insights into product decisions. •         Report on product performance to stakeholders and leadership with clear, data-backed narratives. Stakeholder Management •         Build business cases for new features and initiatives, sizing impact and effort alongside data, finance, and commercial partners. •         Manage vendor and partner relationships, from scoping and commercials to delivery and performance. •         Communicate product direction, trade-offs, and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership. •         Balance competing priorities across content, commercial, and technology stakeholders to keep the product moving. Innovation & Continuous Improvement •         Stay current on OTT, streaming, and monetization trends across global and regional players, and bring relevant ideas to Tamasha. •         Champion best practices in product management and delivery and foster a culture of experimentation and customer obsession.   JazzWorld is an equal opportunity employer.
