This internship sits at the heart of that transformation. The Opportunity This is not a typical internship. You will work directly with senior leadership and deal teams to design, build, and deploy AI solutions that have real, immediate impact on the business. From automating time-intensive workflows to surfacing deeper market intelligence, you will help shape how IMPROVED operates in the age of AI — and leave a lasting mark on the firm. Our organisation consists of a young and dynamic team of 15-20 FTE, partnered with seasoned industry experts with an extensive track record in and outside corporate finance. Requirements For this position, we are looking for a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, IT or another technical study, who is available for a period of three to six months, preferably full-time, with: A strong interest in AI, automation and intelligent systems Experience with programming (e.g. Python) and affinity with LLMs, AI tools or workflow automation A structured and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions Affinity with Corporate Finance and/or M&A A proactive, entrepreneurial and solution-oriented attitude Dutch & English fluency (written and spoken) The ability to take ownership and operate in a high-performance environment Responsibilities As an Data Science Intern at IMPROVED, you will be treated as a full-time member of the team and will have significant responsibility from day one.
