Physical Therapist | Full-Time PT Position Full-Time Physical Therapist Opportunity – Edison, New Jersey An orthopedic outpatient practice in Edison, NJ is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide evaluation and treatment for patients working through orthopedic injuries, surgery recovery, pain, mobility challenges, and other movement-related conditions. The purpose of this role is straightforward: identify what is limiting a patient's function, create an appropriate rehabilitation plan, and help that patient make measurable progress toward returning to everyday activities. You'll work a stable Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM schedule, typically treating one to two patients each hour. Salary: $90K–$100K annually based on experience, plus a full benefits package. Primary Responsibilities Conduct initial and follow-up physical therapy assessments Evaluate range of motion, strength, functional movement, balance, and mobility Build patient-specific treatment and rehabilitation plans Deliver appropriate orthopedic physical therapy interventions Teach therapeutic exercises and home exercise programs Track outcomes and make treatment modifications based on patient response Document evaluations, progress notes, treatments, and discharge information Educate patients on safe movement and strategies for maintaining progress Requirements Current New Jersey Physical Therapist (PT) license DPT degree or MSPT degree Previous experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting Working knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation and musculoskeletal treatment Benefits Medical / Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Plan with Company Match 3 Weeks PTO If outpatient orthopedics is where you do your best clinical work, consider making this Edison PT position your next career move.
