If you share our vision and are passionate about our mission, we encourage you to apply! チームについて Global Programmatic Inventory and Yield Management (PIYM) チームは、スマートニュースのプログラマティック広告における収益最大化を担っています。オープンオークション、外部パートナーとの連携、SDKインテグレーションなど様々なチャネルにおいて、既存取引の最適化や新規案件の発掘を行い、戦略を推進しています。また、外部パートナー（DSP、SSP、ヘッダービディングなど）の価格ルールを最適化することで、Google Ad Manager（GAM）の運用とイールドマネジメント（収益管理）の日々のコントロールも担当しています。 本ポジションは、国内最大級のニュースアプリ「SmartNews」における、日本市場でのプログラマティック広告の収益拡大をお任せします。 パートナー企業との戦略立案、プロダクトマネージャー（PM）と連携したインテグレーションの推進、さらには売上向上のためのイールド＆レベニューマネジメントまで、幅広い領域でご活躍いただけます。 The Team The Global Programmatic Inventory and Yield Management (PIYM) team at SmartNews is responsible for expanding programmatic revenue by developing and enabling demand, execute strategies across the open exchange, third-party demand partnerships and SDK integrations by optimizing existing deals, identifying and establishing new opportunities and fostering strong relationships with all SmartNews partners. This team is also responsible for day-to-day management of Google Ad Manager operations and yield management by optimizing the pricing rules of monetizing partners (DSP, SSP, Header Bidding, Open Exchange etc). This position is responsible for expanding programmatic advertising revenue in the Japanese market at SmartNews, one of Japan's largest news apps. A series of areas including building strategies with various partner companies in programmatic buying, promoting integration in collaboration with Product Manager (PM), yield and revenue management to increase sales.   ミッション リアルタイムオークションに参加するバイヤー側の動向を熟知した「プログラマティック広告アカウント管理のエキスパート」としてご活躍いただきます。広告プロダクトリードやAd Operations（広告運用）リードと緊密に連携し、既存・新規の収益機会を確実にとらえていきます。 また、プログラマティック広告に関する知見を活かし、Ad Operationsチームとクロスファンクショナルに連携しながら、広告配信の不具合や収益に影響するトラブルの解決（トラブルシューティング）を行います。外部のプログラマティックバイヤーとの主要な窓口として、強固なリレーションを構築・発展させていくことが期待される役割です。 Your Role In this role you will be a subject matter expert for programmatic account management as it pertains to the buyers participating in our real-time auction. You will work closely with the Ads Product lead and Ad Operations lead to make sure new and existing revenue opportunities are realized. You will leverage your programmatic knowledge to work cross-functionally alongside Ad Operations to troubleshoot any issues with ad delivery or revenue impacting events. Your role will be the main point-of-contact with our external programmatic buyers, and you will maintain and grow these relationships.  主な業務内容 収益の最適化（イールドマネジメント）： SSPやDSPを横断した在庫のマネタイズを管理し、デジタル広告収益を最大化する。 パートナーシップの維持・発展： 外部のプログラマティックプラットフォームやアドネットワークとの、日々の技術的・ビジネス的な連携を統括する。 PMPの管理： プレミアムな広告枠において、PMP（プライベートマーケットプレイス）やPreferred Dealsの設定、モニタリング、トラブルシューティングを行う。 パフォーマンス分析： フィルレート（広告充填率）、eCPM、フロア価格（最低入札価格）などの重要指標をトラッキングし、収益の妨げになっている課題を特定する。 アドサーバーの設定： Ad Operationsチームと協力し、Google Ad Manager（GAM）内でのアドサーバー設定、フロア価格の管理、ユニファイドオークション（統合オークション）のラッパー管理を行う。 ブランド保護： Ad Quality（広告品質）チームと連携し、厳格な広告品質基準を適用。マルウェアの侵入、ユーザー体験の悪化、競合コンテンツの露出を防ぐ。 How your day-to-day looks: Optimize Yield: Manage inventory monetization across SSPs and DSPs to maximize digital advertising revenue. Maintain Relationships: Oversee daily technical and commercial partnerships with external programmatic platforms and ad networks. Manage PMPs: Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot Private Marketplace deals and Preferred Deals for our premium inventory. Analyze Performance: Track key metrics like fill rates, eCPMs, and floor prices to identify revenue blockages. Configure Ads: Work alongside Ad Operations to manage the publisher's ad server configurations, price floors, and unified auction wrappers within Google Ad Manager (GAM). Protect Brand: Work alongside our Ad Quality team to enforce strict ad quality standards to prevent malware, bad user experiences, or competing content. Requirements 応募要件（必須） プログラマティック広告業界での実務経験（3〜5年以上）： プログラマティック市場の仕組みや複雑なエコシステムを深く理解していること。 データに基づいた分析的思考： パフォーマンスを分析し、トレンドを特定した上で、ロジカルな意思決定ができること。 優れたコミュニケーション、コラボレーション、交渉スキル： 社外のパートナー企業や社内のステークホルダーと円滑に信頼関係を構築できること。 プログラマティック広告プラットフォームやアドテクノロジーの実務経験： Google Ad Manager、各種SSP、DSP（The Trade Desk、PubMatic、Magniteなど）の主要プラットフォームに関する知識・経験。 語学力： 日本語： ネイティブレベル（日本市場を深く理解し、外部パートナーと円滑にビジネスコミュニケーションが取れること） 英語： ビジネスレベル（社内の海外ステークホルダーと戦略やアイデアについて議論・共有ができること） Minimum requirements Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in programmatic advertising: to demonstrate a solid understanding of the programmatic landscape and how to navigate its complexities. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset: essential for analyzing performance, identifying trends, and making informed decisions. Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills: for building relationships with partners (external) and stakeholders (internal). Experience working with programmatic platforms and ad technologies: familiarity with key platforms such as Google Ad Manager, SSPs and/or DSPs (TTD, PubMatic, Magnite, etc). Yield Optimization: Mastery of setting dynamic floor prices within SSPs to prevent content undervaluation. Direct Deals: Proven track record of executing Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) and Private Marketplace (PMP) campaigns. SaaS Analytics: Familiarity with yield analytics dashboards like Adomik, or Looker, to track programmatic revenue.
