The Summer Experience Internship Program 2027 is a high-impact, immersive journey designed for students who want more than just an internship — they want to build, innovate, and make a real difference . Over 10–12 weeks, you’ll work alongside talented professionals, gain hands-on experience across key business areas, and develop a strategic project that directly impacts our business. This is your chance to learn fast, think big, and grow globally. WHAT YOU WILL DO As a Summer Intern, you will: Work on real business challenges across areas such as: Banking Products, Investments, Marketplace, Operations, Technology Participate in a structured development journey, including onboarding, training, and mentorship checkpoints Engage in executive talks and connect with leaders across the organization Collaborate with peers in a dynamic, international environment Develop and present a final business case project to leadership WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:  We’re looking for curious minds and driven individuals who are ready to challenge the status quo. You should: Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Sophomore year or above) Be pursuing a degree in: Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields   Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills Be proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments Nice to have: GPA of 3.2 or higher (on a 4.0 scale) Previous internship or project experience Interest in financial services, tech, or innovation This is more than a summer internship.
