This will include consulting with clients about their business and marketing needs, compiling strategy and technology architecture, configuring technology, and managing change. You need to be passionate about your work to the point where it inspires others. 🚀 Key performance areas: Marketing Consulting, Goal Setting & Auditing Work with clients to define what success looks like and associate metrics from their objectives and very complex business requirements Gaining a fast understanding of client needs, processes, and audiences Audit existing marketing to identify areas for improvement Analyse and provide Martech best practice recommendations Develop innovative solutions/ apply out-of-the-box thinking for complex marketing problems Ongoing with your clients to consult on their challenges and to develop solutions to their business problems as part of a backlog Report on the overall performance of marketing against key KPIs and identify solutions to address challenges Ensure a healthy and productive relationship with the client that they see you as a “value add” to their business Marketing Strategy / Customer Journey Design Marketing & Customer Experience strategy including but not limited to messaging & positioning, target audience ICP and person development, journey mapping, and behavioural change design Briefing creative, SEO, and Paid Media specialists teams on requirements Briefing junior marketing consultants/ specialists to assist with the launch campaigns and running QA Marketing strategy can include but is not limited to Inbound Marketing, ABM, Go-To-Market, Always-On, Lead Nurture and Marketing Automation, Event Promotion, Referrals, etc. Website CRO Strategy Defining the overarching website objectives, website page/ navigation architecture, strategic page layouts, documenting “Jobs To Be Done” and ensuring the website is optimised for target audiences and follows CRO best practices Auditing existing website content to see what needs to be kept, updated, removed or if new content needs to be created Briefing designers and developers and ensuring the outputs are aligned with the business and marketing requirements Working with SEO specialists to inform SEO requirements Functional testing before going live HubSpot / Technology For Marketing Operations As part of CRM onboarding, you will be responsible for consulting and workshopping with clients to understand and document their marketing operational requirements Marketing Operational Business Process Mapping Utilising a “Jobs To Be Done” framework describing the various steps Identify areas of the current marketing operations that can be improved, such as lead scoring, marketing automation, segmentation, and utilising Hubspot’s features to the fullest Setup/Optimisation of marketing systems, automation, reports, and migration of existing marketing Brief setup requirements to Solution Architects, Developers, and Junior Consultants/ Specialists Where the need for an integration with another system is identified, brief requirements to Solution Architects, and Developers Run functional testing of processes and automation against business requirements Provide training and change management (workshops and process documentation) to ensure the adoption of HubSpot 🏗️ To excel in this role, you should have the following: The Marketing role at Huble requires a strong background in marketing as the business problems marketing consultants are expected to solve can be cross-departmental, operational, data-related, market/ audience related, require different channels or require tactical optimisation. As such Huble marketing consultants need to have a strong background to build on to support our clients when it comes to consulting. Our ideal candidate would have the following background/ experience: Relevant Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business Strategy. (E.G A BComm Honours, BBusSci in Marketing, Masters in Marketing or Business, etc) or evidence of continuous education through other relevant marketing certifications Excellent command of English, with exceptional writing and communication skills 6+ years of experience working in digital marketing. Previous experience in a digital agency/consultancy working in a client-facing consulting/specialist role (consulting, solution building, implementation, and training) would be a bonus Has developed multiple marketing strategies (Inbound, ABM, Website, Retention, Marketing nurtures, etc) and managed these from concept to execution Ability to work with clients and conduct desk research to develop ICP audiences and personas to inform marketing messaging and topics/ themes Has been responsible for reporting on the performance of digital marketing and setting up of reporting Has a very strong business acumen not just in marketing but a strong understanding of sales and customer service and worked alongside these functions in a marketing capacity Has developed/ run marketing automation programs previously and has a strong understanding of how to leverage data for marketing Previous experience in organisational change management, behavioural science, brand strategy, or GTM strategy would be a bonus A solid knowledge of HubSpot or equivalent (i.e. SalesForce, Pardot, Marketo, etc.) Being certified in HubSpot or equivalent (i.e. SalesForce, Pardot, Marketo, etc.) would be a bonus A solid knowledge of HubSpot CMS or equivalent CMS (i.e. WordPress, drupal, wix, etc.) Demonstrable experience/ history in at least 2 of the following areas of either doing the work directly OR directly managing/ briefing and reviewing the performance and advising on optimisations and owning the results: SEO/ Organic Traffic Paid Media (including paid social) Email Marketing/ Marketing Automation Website Strategy/ Website CRO ⚡️ These personal qualities are key to your success: Innovative and entrepreneurially minded If you see something is not working or you have a better way of doing it, you will stop and improve the process causing the issue Always questioning Superb interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team Hard-working and eager-to-learn attitude Mature: High emotional Intelligence Dynamic: Full of energy, and enthusiasm, and has a sense of purpose Focused on delivering quality at all times with an impeccable eye for detail, meticulous Ability to be flexible and adaptable in an ever-changing environment, short lead-time requests, and multiple projects.
