Greenvolt Comunidades is looking for a Business Developer to join its team within the scope of its business dedicated to the promotion, implementation, and management of collective self-consumption energy solutions and similar projects, with a particular focus on acquiring B2B/Corporate Consumer Members. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment with demanding response times, particularly in the preparation of presentations and reports to support decision-making processes. Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for the mission described above, including the following key tasks: Achieve the annual sales targets and contribution margin objectives. Conduct market research to identify potential clients for the company's solutions in line with its strategic guidelines. Engage with prospective clients through meetings (in-person or remote) to present the company's products and services and explore business opportunities. Assess and analyse customer needs in order to tailor solutions to their specific requirements. Establish, develop, and maintain long-term positive business relationships with both prospective and existing clients. Develop commercial activities in accordance with the company's defined business processes, including the use of sales support and monitoring systems (CRM). Collect and maintain up-to-date information and documentation required throughout the sales process. Proactively identify business opportunities among existing and prospective clients. Act as the primary point of contact for clients within the assigned portfolio regarding all commercial relationship matters, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer requests. Requirements A minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably in the B2B electricity retail/commercialisation sector . A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Strong sales, negotiation, and business relationship management skills. A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong "can-do" attitude. Agility and the ability to respond effectively in uncertain and fast-changing environments. Solid experience using CRM platforms and sales management systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English. Proficiency in Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel.
