Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated and experienced Senior Testing Specialist : Responsibilities: Define, maintain, and execute the testing strategy and test plan for Oracle HCM Learning implementations. Review business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to ensure comprehensive test coverage and alignment with business objectives. Design, prepare, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and testing documentation. Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across the solution lifecycle. Identify, log, prioritize, and track defects through to resolution, collaborating closely with functional and technical teams. Validate defect fixes and execute regression testing following configuration changes and system updates. Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), working with business stakeholders to ensure successful validation of requirements. Monitor testing progress, report on test execution status, and provide quality metrics and risk assessments to project stakeholders. Prepare test completion reports and support formal business sign-off activities prior to go-live. Provide post-go-live testing support, including investigation of production issues and validation of corrective actions following deployments. Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. Requirements University degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a Software Tester / Test Engineer. Proven experience with test automation tools such as Katalon, Leapwork, or equivalent. Proven experience in defining test strategies, preparing test cases, coordinating testing activities, executing tests, managing defects, and producing test reports. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, test lifecycle management, and quality assurance best practices. Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live activities, and post-deployment validation. Good knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud; knowledge of Oracle Learning and Oracle Dynamic skills is considered an asset. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent testing and requirements management tools. Ability to design comprehensive test scenarios, ensure adequate test coverage, and validate business requirements. Strong analytical skills to identify, prioritize, track, and resolve defects through to closure. Excellent planning, coordination, reporting, and communication skills, with experience working in large and complex organizations . English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
