As our Global Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience, supporting leaders, and ensuring our people practices enable the business to thrive. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO and leadership team, influencing both strategic direction and day-to-day people decisions across an international and highly collaborative environment. This position can be based in Amsterdam or Zug, with a strong preference for Amsterdam due to the close partnership with the CEO and wider Anthos leadership team. Your impact As the Global Human Resources Business Partner, you are the trusted HR lead for Anthos Family Office across seven countries. You connect business strategy with people priorities, ensuring the organization has the talent, leadership capabilities, culture, and processes needed for long-term success. Working closely with business leaders and HR colleagues across COFRA, you will lead key people processes, provide advice on complex people matters, and deliver practical and sustainable solutions that support both employees and the business. What you'll do Your key responsibilities include: Acting as the primary HR partner for Anthos Family Office across The Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada Serving as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to the CEO and leadership team on all people-related matters Leading and executing core HR processes, including performance management, talent and succession planning, learning and development, recruitment, employee engagement, wellbeing, and rewards Partnering with leaders to address employee relations matters and deliver practical people solutions where needed Collaborating with HR specialists across COFRA, including Rewards, HR Operations, and Talent teams, to ensure the successful delivery of HR initiatives while representing Anthos' business needs Supporting strategic workforce planning, organizational development, and change initiatives Advising on compensation and reward matters, including job levelling and benchmarking Building strong relationships with stakeholders across Anthos and the wider COFRA network Acting as the key liaison with the Dutch Works Council Identifying opportunities to continuously improve people practices, processes, and the employee experience What you'll bring You are an experienced HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders and helping organizations perform at their best. You combine strong HR expertise with sound judgement, pragmatism, and the ability to build trusted relationships across a diverse international environment. In addition, you bring: 15+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 5 years in an HR role A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or another relevant field, combined with significant experience partnering with leaders on complex people and organizational matters Advanced practical HR knowledge across business partnering, employee experience, performance management, talent and succession planning, learning and development, strategic workforce planning, and change management Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law, regulations, and employment practices; experience with employment legislation in other countries is highly desirable Experience working in international environments and supporting stakeholders across different cultures and geographies Professional services experience, such as legal, tax, consulting, or similar environments Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and advise leaders at all levels A commitment to developing effective and sustainable HR solutions that balance business and people needs Strong analytical, numerical, Microsoft Excel, and HRIS skills Experience with compensation, job levelling, and market benchmarking is highly desirable Hogan Assessment Certification is considered a plus Fluency in English and Dutch What will help you succeed You are someone who: Builds and leverages strong relationships within Anthos and across the wider COFRA network Effectively manages stakeholders and navigates differing perspectives Identifies opportunities for improvement and drives meaningful change Understands the importance of balancing ambition with realistic timelines and organizational readiness Demonstrates resilience and adaptability when faced with change, complexity, and ambiguity Leads through uncertainty with confidence and sound judgement Brings energy, cultural sensitivity, and a practical mindset to everything you do Why Anthos A mission-driven organization with a long-term perspective A culture built on trust, integrity, and genuine collaboration The opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and influence key people decisions An international environment with colleagues across seven countries The opportunity to shape culture, talent, and organizational effectiveness A role with real impact on people, leadership, and business success
