The Sales Planning team sits at the center of InMobi's Brand Business, translating product capabilities, market insights, customer needs, and data into narratives that help our sales teams win.   As the Manager - Sales Planning, you will lead the strategic presales and GTM function for the Brand Business. This is a highly strategic, B2B-focused role that combines Product Marketing, sales planning, client solutioning, and sales enablement. You will own the development of differentiated GTM narratives, proactive market-facing collateral, and scalable frameworks that strengthen seller effectiveness and accelerate revenue growth.   You will partner closely with Product, Sales Leadership, BI, Trading, Supply, Deal Desk, and Product Marketing,  centralized Marketing teams across North America, APAC, and EMEA. You will also remain close to execution - setting the quality bar for RFPs, client proposals, narrative decks, and strategic customer opportunities while building repeatable processes for the broader team.   What You'll Be Doing   GTM Strategy and Product Marketing   Own the end-to-end GTM narrative and sales planning strategy for the Brand Business across North America, APAC, and EMEA.   Develop differentiated positioning, messaging, value propositions, audience narratives, and customer-centric solution frameworks.   Partner closely with Product Marketing and Product teams to translate platform capabilities and  launches  into clear market-facing stories and sales readiness programs.   Gather and synthesize customer feedback, competitive intelligence, market trends, and  advertiser needs  to  identify  market gaps and evolving opportunities.   Create and  maintain  messaging frameworks, persona-based narratives, use-case playbooks, and proof points that support the full sales cycle.   Champion the Brand Business narrative internally and externally, ensuring consistency across regions, channels, and customer touchpoints.   Sales Planning and Strategic Solutioning   Lead the development of complex RFP responses, proposals, media strategies, and executive presentations for strategic opportunities.   Translate advertiser  objectives  and campaign briefs into differentiated media recommendations and sophisticated client solutioning frameworks.   Develop proactive GTM materials including vertical narratives, industry playbooks, tentpole collateral, one-pagers, case studies, competitive battlecards, and solution briefs.   Connect insights from BI, Trading, Supply, Product, and Deal Desk into a unified and persuasive customer story.   Design visually compelling, story-driven presentations for customers, agencies, Sales teams, and leadership audiences.   Establish best practices and quality standards for all customer-facing deliverables across the Sales Planning team.   Sales Enablement   Build scalable sales enablement programs that improve seller productivity, solution confidence, and win rates.   Equip Sales teams with best-in-class market insights, competitive intelligence, messaging frameworks, customer stories, and objection-handling tools.   Partner with regional Sales leaders to  identify  enablement gaps and proactively develop solutions aligned to revenue priorities.   Work with centralized Marketing execution teams to bring GTM strategies to life through vertical narratives, tentpole collateral, case studies, demand and supply collateral, and industry events.   AI Transformation   Lead the adoption of AI across the Sales Planning function and define an AI-first operating model for the team.   Build scalable AI workflows that automate research, proposal generation, content development, presentation creation, and knowledge reuse.   Develop prompt libraries, AI playbooks, and reusable frameworks that improve quality, consistency, and productivity.   Evaluate and deploy tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Gamma, Canva AI, and other emerging platforms.   Coach the broader Sales Planning and Sales organization on prompt engineering, responsible AI use, and high-impact business applications.   Cross-Functional Leadership and Team Development   Act as the central hub connecting Sales, Product Marketing, Product, BI, Trading, Supply, Deal Desk, and centralized Marketing teams.   Influence product positioning, roadmap conversations, and GTM priorities by bringing customer feedback and market intelligence into cross-functional discussions.   Lead strategic initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring high-quality and  timely  delivery with measurable business outcomes.   Mentor and coach Sales Planning professionals in storytelling, PMM fundamentals, client solutioning, AI adoption, and executive communication.   Establish scalable processes, templates, operating rhythms, and measurement frameworks across the function.   Balance long-term strategic planning with hands-on involvement in high-priority customer opportunities.   What We're Looking For   Experience   8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Strategic Presales, Sales Enablement, GTM, Partner Marketing, or Agency Strategy roles within AdTech,  MarTech , Digital Advertising, or related industries.   Strong Product Marketing skill set with  demonstrated  ownership of messaging, positioning, GTM strategy, product launches, market intelligence, and sales enablement.   Deep understanding of digital advertising, brand marketing, media planning,  advertiser  and agency needs, and the broader AdTech ecosystem.   Experience working with global Sales organizations and cross-functional teams across multiple regions.   Product Marketing, Storytelling, and Content   Exceptional storytelling ability, with a strong command of narrative development, messaging frameworks, and customer-centric positioning.   Proven ability to create GTM strategies, product launch narratives, vertical stories, use-case frameworks, and sales enablement programs.   Outstanding written communication skills across executive decks, reports, whitepapers, customer success stories, thought leadership, blogs, and external content.   Advanced presentation design skills, with a strong focus on visual storytelling, structure, clarity, and executive impact.   Excellent presentation and delivery skills, with the confidence to engage and influence senior internal and external audiences.   AI and Innovation   Extensive hands-on experience with Generative AI platforms such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Gamma, Canva AI, and similar technologies.   Proven experience building AI workflows, prompt libraries, automation frameworks, or AI-powered business processes.   Excellent prompt-building and prompt-engineering skills, with the ability to generate consistently high-quality business outputs.   A track record  of introducing new tools and ways of working that improve team productivity and output quality.   Strategic Leadership and Collaboration   Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with the ability to translate market signals and advertising data into actionable GTM strategies.   Proven ability to influence decision-making without direct authority and collaborate effectively across matrixed global teams.   Strong stakeholder management and executive presence, with the ability to align Product, Sales, Marketing, and leadership teams.   Demonstrated mentoring and coaching capability, with a commitment to raising the quality bar across the organization.   Execution and Personal Attributes   Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complexity into clear and actionable recommendations.   Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and proactively address risks or
