Role overview Remote Recruitment is hiring a remote Operations Coordinator to support a UK-based employer from South Africa. You'll keep the day-to-day operation joined up across teams, suppliers and systems. This is a fully remote role working 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST). Key responsibilities Coordinate daily operations, schedules and resource planning Track orders, jobs and deliverables through to completion Liaise with suppliers, contractors and internal teams Maintain operational records, trackers and reporting Spot bottlenecks and suggest process improvements What you'll need Experience in operations, logistics or project coordination Strong organisation and the ability to juggle competing priorities Confident with spreadsheets and operational systems Clear written and spoken English A reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace What's on offer A salary of R25,000 – R29,000 per month, fully remote work, UK business hours, and a role with real ownership.
