This is a senior leadership position responsible for the strategic planning, management, and execution of all citrus farming activities to ensure sustainable growth, exceptional fruit quality, and maximum productivity. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic planning and execution of all citrus production activities. Oversee all farming operations including irrigation, fertilisation, crop protection, pruning, and harvest planning. Monitor and optimise production outputs, fruit quality, and yield performance in line with industry best practices. Manage, develop, and motivate production teams to achieve operational objectives. Prepare, manage, and monitor production budgets, resources, and input costs. Ensure compliance with food safety, quality assurance, labour legislation, and health and safety standards. Collaborate with technical consultants, agronomists, and senior management to achieve production targets. Evaluate and implement new technologies, systems, and innovative farming practices to improve efficiency and sustainability. Analyse production data and provide regular reporting on operational performance and improvement opportunities.
