What You'll Do As a Customer Advisor , you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional support and creating positive experiences every day. ✔ Assist customers via inbound calls and inquiries ✔ Provide professional, friendly, and solution-oriented support ✔ Resolve customer issues efficiently while demonstrating empathy and care ✔ Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in internal systems ✔ Investigate and troubleshoot issues using available tools, training, and resources ✔ Guide customers toward the best solutions and recommendations based on their needs ✔ Contribute to a high-quality customer experience that reflects the values of world-renowned brands Requirements Citizen UE or Work Permit Portugal; Fluency in Italian (C1/C2 Level or Native); Good knowledge of English (B2 level); Be living in Lisbon area Typing Speed: 25 words per minute. Availability to work in rotating shifts Good computer skills; Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients Excellent communication skills; Good listening and empathy skills; Good time management skills; Team spirit and flexibility.
