You also understand AI’s future impact on organizations, teams, and workforce strategy.   You Lead with Data   You use analysis, modeling, and insights to guide decisions and influence stakeholders.   You Think Like an Organizational Designer   You understand organizational structures, operating models, and how to design teams for performance and growth. You are also comfortable breaking away from ‘the playbook’ when needed.    You Execute End-to-End   You move beyond recommendations and drive meaningful outcomes from concept through implementation.   You Communicate with Influence   You can simplify complexity, build alignment, and partner effectively with senior leaders.   Qualifications   4–7 years of experience in Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Design, Workforce Strategy, Management Consulting, or a related field   Proven experience contributing to organizational design, transformation, or operating model initiatives   Experience supporting Go-to-Market organizations within B2B, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses   Strong analytical capabilities, including workforce planning, organizational modeling, scenario analysis, and data-driven decision-making   Demonstrated proficiency leveraging AI tools (Claude preferred) in a professional environment   Experience in high-growth, private equity-backed, or transformational business environments strongly preferred   Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive influencing skills   Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and adaptability is essential   Why This Role Matters   This is a rare opportunity to help bring the future of a growing company to life at a pivotal moment. You'll work directly with the CPO and senior leadership, turning strategic vision into rigorous analysis and real execution. Your work will have a visible and lasting impact on organizational performance, employee experience, and business growth.
