Position Overview   As a Production Associate (PA), you provide direct sales and operational support to one or more Loan Officers, serving as a key point of contact for borrowers, retailer partners, and internal operations teams. The PA manages the pipeline from application through processing submission, ensuring files move efficiently, borrowers stay informed, and the Loan Officer is free to focus on business development. This role is an ideal entry point into mortgage origination, with a defined path toward NMLS licensing and a producing Loan Officer role for high performers or through our operations career path.     Key Responsibilities   Coordinate loan files from application through processing submission, partnering closely with Operations, and Sales Team.   Collect, review, and organize required loan documentation, including customer-signed disclosures, income and asset documentation, and other supporting materials needed to move loans efficiently through the approval process.  Serve as a point of contact for borrowers by handling inbound inquiries and conducting outbound follow-up calls regarding loan status, documentation requirements, and next steps throughout the loan process.  Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive communication, timely follow-up, and professional interactions with borrowers, retail partners, and internal team members.  Manage and monitor loan officer pipelines to ensure applications progress efficiently, deadlines are met, and all compliance, disclosure, redisclosure, and regulatory requirements are completed accurately and within required timeframes.  Maintain accurate loan records and update systems regularly to support efficient workflow management and ensure a positive borrower experience from application through closing.    Training Support   At Cascade, we are committed to setting up our Production Associates for success through comprehensive onboarding, hands-on training, and ongoing professional development.    Comprehensive onboarding program designed to provide a strong foundation in mortgage lending, loan processes, systems, and company policies.  Dedicated training and mentorship from experienced Loan Officers, Sales Leaders, and Operations team members.  Hands-on learning opportunities focused on loan pipeline management, borrower communication, document collection, compliance requirements, and closing processes.  Training on loan origination systems (LOS), customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and other technology platforms used to support borrowers throughout the lending process.  Ongoing coaching and feedback to support professional growth and strengthen customer service, organizational, and mortgage industry knowledge.  Access to compliance and regulatory training to ensure understanding of disclosure requirements, lending regulations, and company best practices.  Cross-functional exposure to Processing, Underwriting, Closing, and Funding teams to build a well-rounded understanding of the mortgage lifecycle.  Opportunities for career advancement and continued learning within the Sales and Mortgage Operations organizations.    What you will need to join Cascade   4-year college degree  Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  Exceptional customer service and communication skills, including professional written, verbal, and active listening abilities.  Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a team-oriented, results-driven environment.  Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze information, identify issues, and exercise sound judgment when resolving problems.  Proficiency with computer applications and technology, with the ability to efficiently learn and navigate loan origination systems and other business software.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.  About Cascade & Our Culture: Since opening our doors in 1999, Cascade Financial Services has grown to become one of the most trusted lenders in Attainable Housing.
