Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a team-orientated CRNA to join our growing team at Southwest Medical Center in Lawton, Oklahoma . This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly integrated two-hospital system under Comanche County Memorial Hospital , offering strong clinical collaboration, stability, and autonomy across both sites. Position Highlights: $325,000 annually (1099) for a Non-Call spot 7 Weeks Off Schedule: Monday–Friday, 0700–1500 Team Model: CRNA-only, 2 providers on-site daily Cases: Bread and Butter Out of grid compensation Qualifications: Board Certified Eligible for Oklahoma licensure Comfortable practicing independently in a team-based environment Contractor Perks: $325,000 1099 with 7 weeks off and no call!
