About the Role     iCapital is looking for a talented  Assistant Vice President / Vice President – Platform Solutions  to join the International Platform Solutions team in Lisbon. The role encompasses supporting multiple projects focused on technical implementation, client integration, and data delivery, while also addressing the technical and operational needs of all platform offerings. Additionally, you will identify and support the development of custom features for new partners, including designing and implementing unique platform workflows.    This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex data workflows. The ideal candidate combines these capabilities with a passion for learning and growth, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.      Responsibilities     As an  Assistant Vice President / Vice President – Platform Solutions , you will support multiple projects and tasks, focusing on technical implementation and client delivery. These tasks may include:    Data Integration & Data Analysis:    Work with complex data models and large datasets to support client integration and reporting needs.    Acquire, manipulate, and analyze data using tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, or other comparable tools.    Validate and transform data from multiple sources (including CSV flat files) to ensure accuracy and completeness.    Define and implement basic ETL pipelines, leveraging AWS services where applicable.    Generate client custom reports based on aggregated data and business requirements.    Managing technical implementation and configurations to ensure timely launches:    Gather and translate business and functional requirements into platform configurations to answer client needs.    Lead platform configurations to achieve client business outcomes and Target Operating Models.    Manage SSO, SFTP and ETL setups, ensuring secure and efficient data transfer.    Defining and supporting client workflows and use cases:    Guide clients in workflow design and process definition.    Support test case definition and manage execution for successful client onboarding.     Developing deep platform expertise and driving continuous improvement:     Learn and support all interfaces on the iCapital platform.     Proactively identify issues and areas for improvement from a business to technical view.    Collaborating with senior management to engage new opportunities and strategic initiatives.       Qualifications     Academic and/or professional qualification in Data Analytics / Business / Finance or related fields    Holding a Master's degree is mandatory; MBA is a plus    6+ years of work experience in business integration and technology implementation  projects     Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large data sets    Familiarity with AWS services and basic ETL pipeline design    Experience with data modeling and understanding relational database structures    Experience in analyzing system workflows and business process flow is a plus    Proven ability to manage fast-paced projects and different client stakeholders with attention to detail    Strong work ethic and a high degree of accountability    Ability to quickly learn new business operations, processes, and procedures    Demonstrate initiative, passion, willingness to roll up one's sleeves, get the job done, and a desire to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment   Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese are a must. Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage   Excellent writing skills and ability to produce detailed project documentation to drive successful development is a plus       We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together.
