We are recruiting experienced Finance Professionals for a range of client opportunities across the Netherlands . This consolidated role is designed to attract finance talent across multiple disciplines, including Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, FP&A, Business Controlling, and Financial Control . This opportunity is well suited to professionals aiming to progress into senior finance or leadership-level roles within international or fast-growing organisations. Key Responsibilities Depending on the specific role and organisational structure, responsibilities may include: Preparing and reviewing monthly management reports and financial statements Budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning Financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance reporting Managing general ledger activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close Supporting business units with commercial and strategic financial insights Ensuring compliance with IFRS and Dutch financial regulations Coordinating with external auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders Improving financial controls, processes, and reporting efficiency Mentoring or managing junior finance team members Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field RA, RC, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred 5–10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance requirements Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting Advanced Excel skills; ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, Workday, etc.) Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders Leadership potential and readiness for increased responsibility Benefits Private Health Insurance Pension Plan Paid Time Off Training & Development
