As an Enterprise Account Executive you'll self-originate and close complex, high-value deals end-to-end, opening senior doors, diagnosing the real commercial problem, and steering skeptical buying committees to a signed contract. As rising rates, looming refinancing, and shifting regulation make portfolios harder to steer, Optiml's platform, Real Estate Decision Intelligence (REDI), uses AI to turn scattered building, financial, and regulatory data into clear, evidence-backed decisions on where to hold, sell, renovate, or refinance. An ETH Zurich spin-off backed by world-class investors including Innovation Endeavors, Planet A Ventures, and KOMPAS, Optiml is scaling fast across Europe. In this role, you’ll: Build qualified enterprise pipeline independently through targeted account selection, outreach, referrals, events, and partner routes Lead senior commercial conversations, adapting the narrative by persona, asset type, use case, and maturity Own long, complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end, from discovery through value case to close, converting opportunities into ARR Run deals with a structured methodology (MEDDPICC or equivalent): qualify early, forecast accurately, and keep CRM, notes, and follow-up sharp Build credibility and lasting relationships with senior and C-level decision-makers in a conservative, skeptical buyer landscape Map the buying committee, diagnose before pitching, and identify champions and blockers to build urgency and control the deal Sell a category-creating product, translating a technical, ROI-driven solution into a clear business case for buyers who don't yet know they need it Position Optiml as the DACH category reference point in Real Estate Decision Intelligence, feeding market and buyer insights back into product and go-to-market Your Profile:  3 to 6 years in enterprise sales, strategic business development, consulting, institutional real estate / real estate finance, or complex B2B SaaS Experience in an early-stage or scale-up environment A proven track record of generating enterprise pipeline yourself, not only working inbound, founder-led, or inherited accounts Experience owning complex, multi-stakeholder commercial processes with senior, analytical buyers Excellent, structured communication and executive presence that earns credibility with institutional decision-makers A builder's temperament: high ownership, high agency, pragmatic and hands-on Native-level German and strong business English Real Estate domain knowledge is ideal but not require Please note that this position is based in Germany (hybrid, with Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich, or Hamburg as your base).  Benefits and Perks: Competitive base salary plus meaningful performance-based commission, with accelerators and uncapped upside Potential equity / VSOP participation, with details shared transparently during the process The opportunity to build the DACH commercial engine behind a new category of enterprise AI Direct access to founders, Product, Delivery, and sophisticated institutional customers across Europe, with a growing US footprint Progression based on revenue creation, customer impact, and the systems you help build, not tenure A flexible Germany hybrid setup, regular customer and event exposure, and a role designed to expand with the company  If you’re eager to join the A11 Ecosystem and shape what’s next, we want to hear from you!
