We're seeking virtual Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists to join our Provider Talent Network as we begin to grow our team in new & existing states!  Join our network to express interest in future Psychiatrist opportunities at InStride, stay up-to-date on InStride news & initiatives, and be the first to know about new openings on our team. Please note that while we may not have an immediate opportunity open, applying now will enable us to fast track your application once we have an opening that aligns with your skills & experience.  In this role, you will provide outpatient virtual psychiatric care to children and adolescents as part of a coordinated care team that is committed to help these kids and families get their lives back on track. This is a fully remote position. Responsibilities: Provide psychiatric evaluation, medication treatment plan, and ongoing medication management services to children and teens. Collaborate with InStride care team and outpatient pediatrician (and psychiatrist if applicable) Participate in clinical team meetings centered around patient care, collaboration, and education Schedule patients as indicated and complete documentation in a timely and thorough manner Provide feedback on workflow improvements and offer ideas for program growth and innovation What You Need to Succeed in the Role When hiring we do our best to ensure that there is a mutually strong fit, as it is a high priority to us that our team members who are caring for our patients and families feel great about the work they are doing!
