As an Associate Accountant specializing in Tax/Audit at Brady Martz, you will have the opportunity to work with clients from various industries and gain experience in the firm's multiple lines of business. Key responsibilities: Assisting with audits, reviews, compilations, and other assurance services for clients Preparing individual, corporate, partnership, and other types of tax returns Preparing financial statements, related disclosures, and other required reports Using excellent judgment and analysis to prepare and review workpapers and supporting documentation in conformity with applicable professional standards Drafting and reviewing reports, financial statements, and other engagement deliverables Exercising discretion and judgment when working with client matters Performing research utilizing various resources Participating in business development activities Utilizing cloud-based technology and firm audit software Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field; Required Licensed CPA or working towards obtaining CPA or CMA license; Preferred Understanding of GAAP and GAAS Strong technology skills Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally Team player Ability to think innovatively Benefits Health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; an employer funded profit-sharing plan with a 401(k) option (upon meeting eligibility requirements), group term life insurance, disability insurance, flexible spending accounts and a flexible time off and paid leave program.
