Tooling Technician - Day Shift - Friday to Sunday (5:00am – 5:00pm) Position Overview: US Conec is seeking a skilled Tooling Technician to join our weekend day shift team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you’ll perform maintenance, repairs, and improvements on injection molding tools to support high-efficiency, high-quality production. You’ll work closely with the Tooling Lead and production teams to ensure tooling reliability, organization, and readiness. Shift hours are 5:00am – 5:00pm. (Full-time pay!) Job Responsibilities:  - Perform preventive maintenance, insert changes, and repairs on injection molding tools - Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and tool performance - Identify tooling issues and report findings to the Tooling Lead - Participate in root cause analysis and implement tooling solutions - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment - Develop and update Tooling Process Instructions (TPIs) and related documentation - Organize and manage tool room components, including spare parts and standard items - Collaborate with production teams to provide tooling support and address operational needs Must Have's - High school diploma or GED - Minimum 2 years of experience in a tooling or manufacturing environment - Hands-on experience with injection mold maintenance and repairs - Solid understanding of the injection molding process - Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment - Adaptability to changing priorities and short deadlines - Commitment to supporting internal teams including Molding, Production, and Special Operations What We Offer - Competitive compensation with shift-based incentives - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans - Paid time off and holidays to support work-life balance - 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer match - A collaborative, innovation-driven culture - Opportunities for professional development and cross-functional learning - Inclusive workplace with reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals   US Conec will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
