Qualifications Current and unrestricted license in Arizona as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant DEA registration or eligibility to obtain in Arizona Clean professional background (no disciplinary actions or malpractice claims) Credentialing eligibility with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurers Experience in outpatient primary care or family medicine preferred Key Responsibilities Perform wellness exams, physicals, and preventive screenings Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions Create and manage personalized care plans Order, interpret, and follow up on labs and imaging Educate patients on lifestyle changes and disease prevention Collaborate with a medical scribe for accurate clinical documentation Coordinate referrals and manage care transitions Uphold clinical quality standards and best practices Who We’re Looking For You’re a patient-focused, adaptable clinician who thrives in a collaborative care model.
