As a Guest Services Associate, you'll be the smiling face that greets and assists our valued guests, ensuring that their experience at our gym is nothing short of exceptional. Responsibilities Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they step through our doors Be a knowledgeable resource, answering guests' questions and providing accurate information about our programs, services, and policies Efficiently handle guest check-ins and registrations, ensuring a smooth and seamless process Manage phone calls and emails, promptly and confidently addressing inquiries and requests Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy and attention to detail Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area Requirements Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, using a positive and empathetic approach Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment and stay calm under pressure Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in tasks like cash handling Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required, understanding that our gym operates during peak times
