You’re skilled at listening, asking the right questions, and understanding client needs in a thoughtful, consultative way. You bring experience working directly with customers over the phone and are comfortable owning conversations from start to finish. You take pride in delivering a high-quality experience and helping clients make important decisions with confidence. What You’ll Do Serve as the first point of contact for home buyers and sellers who have expressed interest through HomeLight Handle inbound (warm) leads through both incoming and outbound follow-up calls — no cold calling required Conduct one-on-one, consultative conversations to understand each client’s home buying or selling needs Build trust quickly and guide clients toward the most relevant HomeLight solutions Provide a high-touch, personalized experience that makes clients feel confident in their next steps Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions in CRM systems Follow up thoughtfully to ensure a seamless and supportive client experience What You Bring Proven experience in customer-facing roles (sales, client services, or similar) Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly Experience handling inbound leads or consultative conversations over the phone Ability to manage conversations with focus and depth (one client at a time) Customer-first mindset with a focus on quality over volume Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfort using CRM systems and standard business tools Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment Let’s chat!  HomeLight is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to building an inclusive and diverse workforce, providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
