Growth is supported without sacrificing care standards.     Your Responsibilities Include   Conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for geriatric patients in home and facility-based settings.   Diagnosing and managing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, dementia-related behavioral symptoms, and other psychiatric conditions.   Prescribing and managing psychotropic medications with careful consideration of comorbidities and geriatric physiology.   Providing crisis intervention, behavioral guidance, and family education when clinically indicated.   Collaborating with primary care providers, therapists, and facility care teams to ensure coordinated, whole-person care.   Building trusted relationships with patients, caregivers, families, and community partners.   Maintaining consistent, accurate clinical documentation and follow-through.   Competitive Compensation   Guaranteed Base Salary + Productivity    Total annual compensation range:  $150,000–$200,000+ , based on experience, caseload, and availability.   A balanced model that provides income stability while rewarding productivity and clinical impact.   Comprehensive Benefits (Full-Time)   Health, dental, and vision insurance   401(k) plan   Flexible scheduling   Structured onboarding and ongoing clinical leadership support   What  You’ll  Bring   Active, unencumbered  PMHNP license  in the state you will be practicing    Experience in geriatric psychiatry, long-term care, or mobile healthcare preferred.   Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and comfort working independently with remote support.   A compassionate, patient-centered approach with respect for seniors and their families.   Come join Access Healthcare Associates and bring compassionate psychiatric care to seniors who need it most.   Apply today to learn more or schedule an introductory conversation with our team.       Pay Range for Posted Region $150,000 — $200,000 USD
