You’ll define how the system is used as the first dedicated full stack engineer . There’s no existing interface for this category . Your work is deployed and tested by real users from day one . Operate in high-stake, high-visibility environments you might not talk about, but won’t ever forget. Shape product direction and technical roadmap. Gain pre-Series A ownership as one of the first 10 engineers. What we’re looking for Polyglot engineer (JS + Python + Rust/Go preferred) who can quickly pick up new tools when needed. Comfortable deploying and integrating with cloud systems (AWS/GCP) in production environments. 5+ years shipping production systems where reliability matters. Worked with LLMs, vector databases, and prompt pipelines . Operates independently, ships fast, and holds a high bar for output. U.S. Person status required (may involve export-controlled data). Bonus if you’ve Built iOS applications. Tinkered with IoT or spatial computing (BLE/WiFi, AR/VR). Obsess over code-quality (SonarQube or similar). Built secure operational dashboards or admin workflows. Optimized database performance under scale. What you’ll do Own user-facing systems and internal tools. Build product systems across web, mobile, and internal tooling. Integrate with backend systems and deploy product-facing services. Leverage LLMs, graph reasoning, and sensor fusion across production systems. Ensure reliability through testing, automation, and tight feedback loops. Work directly with elite users globally (~10–15% travel).
