Requirements The Role We are hiring a Junior Creative Strategist — not just a designer. This role blends: Performance creative Data interpretation Structured testing Catalog-driven advertising Client collaboration You will work on paid social creative for fast-growing D2C brands — building and iterating catalog ads that directly impact revenue. This is not a “make it look pretty” job. This is a “make it convert” job. You will: Build DPA templates that scale across product feeds Analyze performance data to identify creative winners Help structure testing frameworks Learn how creative decisions influence ROAS Collaborate directly with CSMs, strategists, and clients You’ll see your work in market — and you’ll see the revenue it drives.
