Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Tennessee Job Summary We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide virtual therapy services to individuals, couples, and families across Tennessee. This role focuses on practical, outcome-driven therapy that supports healthier relationships and improved communication. You’ll work within a remote clinical structure that allows you to spend your day delivering care rather than managing administrative tasks.
