Job responsibilities: - Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR expertise and guidance to align people strategies with organizational goals. - Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs, develop talent strategies, and implement effective solutions. - Drive employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture. - Provide support in organizational design, change management, and succession planning to enhance business performance. - Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements. - Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. - Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. - Partner with recruitment teams to attract, hire, and retain top talent. - Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and appraisals. Job requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner or equivalent. - Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations. - Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics. - Experience in organizational development, change management, and talent management. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite. - HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CIPD) is a plus.
