Responsibilities include: Welcoming and rooming patients Taking vitals and updating medical histories Supporting providers during patient visits Performing phlebotomy and basic lab work Administering vaccines and screenings (within certification) Coordinating follow-up care, referrals, and diagnostics Answering patient questions and providing phone support Preparing and stocking exam rooms Supporting a clean, safe clinic environment What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program required Relevant Medical Assistant clinical or externship experience required BLS/CPR certification Comfort using EMR systems Strong communication and teamwork skills Bonus Points For: Phlebotomy experience Primary care experience CMA/RMA certification Experience in team-based care environments About Hopscotch At Hopscotch, we believe healthcare should feel more personal — for both patients and care teams.
