Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of mission-critical factory software that powers complex, real-world manufacturing processes.    In this role, you will work directly with operators, technicians, engineers, and leadership to understand how physical processes function and how information that drives and enables those processes is generated, consumed and leveraged.  You will use this knowledge to  design software systems that improve reliability, throughput, and visibility, reduce complexity, and leverages automation to assure we create reliable, repeatable, scalable, efficient, effective, high quality operations that leverages the power of AI and automation to enable world class operations. You’ll operate in a lean environment where ownership, systems thinking, and execution depth are essential.    This is a hands-on product role with direct impact on how our factory operates and scales.    What you'll own:   End-to-end ownership of internal factory software initiatives from discovery through delivery, training,  and iteration    Translating ambiguous operational challenges into clearly defined, structured, and build-ready software requirements    Leading requirements gathering and cross-functional working sessions with sales, quoting, order management, manufacturing, production , quality, supply chain, logistics, and  engineering stakeholders    Converting physical workflows into scalable efficient, automated digital systems    Defining detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria    Driving forward momentum across initiatives to ensure software engineering always has clear, actionable work , and the business is engaged, participating, trained and consuming capabilities as they are deployed to assure we are getting the desired business benefits from the efforts spent to create the system.   Anticipating system interactions, data dependencies, and edge cases before development begins    Balancing business urgency with technical constraints and long-term system integrity    Establishing measurable success criteria based on factory goals and evaluating product performance post-launch, and track and report on business benefits realized through system features and capabilities.   What you'll bring to the team:     5+ years of Product Management experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics or operationally complex environments    Experience building software that supports physical processes (manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, industrial systems, ERP, or similar domains)   Strong systems thinking with the ability to reason through multi-process environments and upstream/downstream dependencies    Proven ability to distill ambiguous problems into structured, complete, and actionable requirements    Demonstrated ownership and proactive drive in lean or fast-paced environments    Experience collaborating across varying technical levels, translating between factory operators, business stakeholders, and engineers    Comfort discussing technical tradeoffs, data flows, and architecture-level considerations with engineering teams    A structured and holistic approach to product discovery, scoping, and implementation    Preferred Background:   Experience in manufacturing or adjacent operational domains    Experience working on complex internal tools or operational software (MES, Factory Software, Inventory Systems, ERP)    Exposure to early-stage or 0–1 product development    Technical academic background such as Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar    Compensation:   Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.   Salary Range: $140,000-$200,000 This is an onsite role at our facility in Cypress, CA.  Benefits:    Unmatched opportunities to drive impact on a friendly and mission-driven team   Own a piece of the pie with equity participation!    Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life and long-term disability coverage   Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Dependent Spending Account (DSA) for health-related expenses   20 vacation days per year and 12 company holidays for rest and relaxation a 401(k) plan to set yourself up for retirement Choose a record you love, and we’ll add it to our growing vinyl collection!   $50/month DoorDash credit – lunch is on us!    Up to $100/month reimbursement for gym memberships    Fully stocked kitchen with snacks and beverages   Regular team-building events, lunches, and the occasional breakfast burrito!    Bright, open office with communal spaces for collaboration and free parking   Conveniently located near the metro, major freeways and local dining spots   We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
