As a Senior Delivery Lead at Mammoth Growth , you will be responsible for overseeing multiple client engagements, ensuring project success from inception to completion. You will lead multidisciplinary teams implementing agentic AI-driven analytics and data engineering solutions while maintaining client satisfaction and project profitability. What You’ll Do: Manage multiple concurrent client projects, ensuring they remain on schedule and within budget Serve as the primary client liaison, communicating effectively with both executive and technical stakeholders Lead implementation teams comprised of data engineers, analytics engineers, and AI specialists Lead sprint (or Kanban) planning and execution, driving agile practices that foster alignment, transparency, and accountability across the team Develop and manage project plans and roadmaps, ensuring clear timelines for upcoming initiatives while proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies to keep delivery schedules on track Facilitate client workshops and discovery sessions to identify business requirements Ensure architecture decisions and data implementations meet business objectives  Present project progress and deliverables to client stakeholders with visual storytelling excellence Communicate project health to executive and account management teams, highlighting business value delivered, renewal risks, and opportunities for expansion or extension. Coach and mentor team members to enhance delivery capabilities What You’ll Bring: 5+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, preferably in data analytics or AI implementation Proven track record of successful project delivery in data-driven environments Previous exposure to Snowflake, DBT, or similar modern data stack technologies preferred Strong understanding of analytics engineering and data engineering principles Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders Experience building and presenting strategic roadmaps for data initiatives Background in managing multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience What Sets You Apart: Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools, particularly in marketing or analytics contexts Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices Prior consulting experience in mid-market or enterprise environments Demonstrated ability to maintain client relationships while driving business outcomes History of successful on-time, on-budget project delivery We love working with people who like to laugh, smile and joke around.
