We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our day-to-day operations while ensuring our clients receive a professional and welcoming experience. The Administrative Assistant will play an important role in supporting attorneys, staff, and clients while helping ensure that daily office operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and messages. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and attorney schedules. Assist with client intake and maintain accurate client information. Handle, organize, and maintain legal documents and records. Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff. Assist with daily office operations and ensure workflows remain organized. Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and staff in both English and Spanish. Perform additional administrative duties as needed to support the team. Qualifications Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant , preferably within a legal environment . Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Professional and confident when communicating with clients, attorneys, and staff. Familiarity with legal terminology, document handling, scheduling, and client intake . Strong customer service skills and a client-focused approach. Experience supporting daily office operations in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain professionalism under pressure. Proficiency with standard office technology and the ability to learn new software quickly.
