In this role, you will connect with local businesses, introduce them to Instawork’s platform, and support them through the onboarding journey. If you enjoy speaking with people, are confident on calls, and want to build a strong foundation in sales, business development, and partnerships , this opportunity is a great starting point. Key Responsibilities Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective business leads Introduce Instawork’s platform and explain its value proposition to business owners and decision-makers Guide potential partners through the onboarding process and help them get started on the platform Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups in CRM systems Achieve daily and weekly calling targets while maintaining quality interactions Coordinate with internal teams to hand over qualified leads for further engagement Share market feedback, lead quality insights, and common objections to improve outreach strategies Requirements Excellent verbal communication skills in Kannada and English ( Hindi is a plus ) Strong communication and persuasion skills with a confident phone presence Good organizational skills and attention to detail Prior calling or customer-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Compensation & Benefits Earn upto ₹50,000 per month. 💰 Base Stipend: ₹25,000 per month 🎯 Performance Incentives: Up to ₹25,000 per month based on target achievement Perks & Benefits: Opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance Free lunch and snacks provided daily Collaborative team culture and vibrant office environment Hands-on exposure to business development and sales operations Strong career growth opportunities in Business Development, Partnerships, and Operations Our Values  Empathy, Trust & Candor We put ourselves in the shoes of our colleagues and customers and don’t shy away from uncomfortable conversations, instead building trust through honest and direct feedback.
