Requirements: Qualifications & Experience: N6 Certificate in Human Resource Management  The skills we need: Computer Literacy Strong Attention to Detail Strong written and verbal communication skills. Time management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Data interpretation and presentation. Understanding of socioeconomic and public policy issues. Attributes required:  Collaborative Creative Energy Hands on Have an opinion and voice it Strong communication skills Strong problem solving skills Key responsibilities: Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, reports and compliance documentation. Provide first-line support to employees on HR queries, including leave, payslips, policies and benefits. Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including candidate administration and new-starter documentation. Coordinate employee engagement activities, including wellness days, recognition events and team-building initiatives. Provide administrative support for training coordination, including scheduling, attendance and training records. Provide cross-functional HR support and assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects.
