FreedUp iseeking a highly organized, proactive Sales Assistant to manage inbound lead follow-up, qualify prospects, and schedule discovery/demo calls for our sales team. This role is designed to free up leadership time by ensuring every lead is contacted quickly, consistently, and professionally. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, persistent, comfortable on the phone, and able to follow systems and SOPs while maintaining excellent communication and time management. The role is positioned as a setter/qualifier rather than a closer, focusing on getting qualified prospects to the demo call stage This role will focus primarily on inbound Facebook leads during the first month, with additional outbound outreach and operational support added over time as trust and capacity grow. This is a full-time, remote position that requires strong written communication, organizational excellence, and accountability. Location: Fully Remote- LATAM Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $800 - $1,600 per month (based on experience) Requirements 3+ year of experience in appointment setting, sales support, customer service, inside sales, lead generation, or a similar phone-based role Proven experience speaking with prospects or customers by phone, text, and email Ability to respond to new leads quickly and consistently during working hours Strong spoken and written English with a neutral, professional communication style Comfortable making multiple outbound calls each day Strong internet connection and quiet work environment for taking calls Availability to work during the company’s primary business hours and respond to inbound leads in real time Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems and SOPs Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups at the same time Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately log notes in the CRM Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable following scripts while sounding natural and conversational Technical Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet and a modern home office setup. Key Responsibilities Documentation & Assets: Lead follow-up procedures Qualification questions/matrix for discovery calls Marketing processes documentation Updated SOP for Go High Level automations Existing documentation and automation support the sales workflow, SOPs require updates, especially around call outcomes and automation triggers in Go High Level Training Materials: Call recordings of successful discovery calls Examples of high-quality calls for assistant training Training focuses on organization and time management; daily tracking supports habit-building for the new assistant Immediate Inbound Lead Follow-Up: Details about LinkedIn automation system. Cold calling lists (the 3,000 plumbing company owners list from Cold Lytics) Facebook group prospecting SOP ("potty prospecting") Expect 5 to 10 inbound leads daily; backlog of older leads to be tackled first by the assistant Conduct 10-minute discovery calls to identify pain points and qualify leads based on industry, decision-making authority, urgency, and fit. CRM & Administrative Support Maintain accurate records in Go High Level. Log all notes, contact attempts, outcomes, and appointment details. Update outdated SOPs and workflow documentation as systems evolve. Help refine automations, tags, triggers, and follow-up sequences.
