The PlayStation brand falls under Sony Interactive Entertainment, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation.     ■職務内容本ポジションは、PlayStationを根幹から支えるサブシステム／製造ソフトウェアを設計・実装するソフトウェアエンジニア、または開発を取りまとめるリーダーです。電源投入からゲーム実行に至るまでの土台となるソフトウェアを、要求分析から設計、実装、評価、インテグレーションまで一気通貫で担当していただきます。本組織で扱うのは、システムコントローラ、アプリケーションプロセッサ、そして設計評価・製造検査用のソフトウェアです。これらはPlayStationの起動・制御・信頼性・製造品質を支える中核的な領域であり、ハードウェアの仕様に深く踏み込んだソフトウェア開発が求められる、専門性の高い技術領域です。ソフトウェアとハードウェアの垣根を越え、チームでアイデアを出し合いながら、次世代のゲーム体験を支える技術に挑戦したいエンジニアを歓迎します。 ■職場紹介本部署は、PlayStationシステムソフトウェア開発組織の中でも、低レイヤーのソフトウェア開発を担う部署です。電気設計、LSI開発、メカ設計、QA、商品企画、製造、出荷後サポートなど、PlayStationに関わる幅広い組織と技術的に連携しながら、開発から量産までの経験を積むことができます。また、最高の体験を実現するために、既存ソフトウェアを活用するだけでなく、PlayStation独自のアーキテクチャに最適化されたソフトウェアを、自ら設計・構築しています。世界中で利用される製品の根幹を支える技術に深く携わりながら、ソフトウェアとハードウェアの両面に精通したエンジニアとして成長できる環境です。 ■業務内容上記の組織におけるソフトウェア開発、または開発リーディングを担当していただきます。担当する技術領域や役割については、スキル、ご経験、ご希望を踏まえて決定します。 ■求められるスキル・技術領域【必須（MUST）】・C／C++言語でのソフトウェア開発経験・以下のいずれかの開発経験　- デバイスドライバ、組み込みシステムの開発経験　- リアルタイムOS、Linux等を使った制御ソフトウェアの開発経験　- ファームウェアやマイコン向けソフトウェアの開発経験・SoC・CPUアーキテクチャに関する基礎的な知識　- ハードウェア動作の基本的な理解、および仕様書を読み解ける技術リテラシー  【歓迎（WANT）】・製品試作・製品量産に携わった経験・試作評価ソフトウェアや製造システムの開発経験・ソフトウェア開発チームをリードした経験 ■求める人物像・ものづくりが好きで、技術を深く掘り下げることに喜びを感じる方・自ら設計・実装することにやりがいを感じる方・新しい技術やアーキテクチャに興味を持ち、継続的に学び続けられる方・曖昧な状況においても課題を整理し、主体的に解決へ導ける方・チームメンバーと協力しながら、より良い製品づくりに取り組める方 ■求められる語学力英語力およびご希望に応じて、担当領域を検討します。海外チームとの協業機会もあるため、英語のドキュメント読解や、Eメール・チャットを用いたコミュニケーションに抵抗のない方を歓迎します。    Equal Opportunity Statement: Sony is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
