Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, floors, carpets, windows, glass, furniture, fixtures, and other facility surfaces. Collect and dispose of trash and debris and maintain buildings and surrounding grounds in a clean and orderly condition. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly facility and equipment inspections and maintain required documentation. Provide basic facilities support, including minor repairs to fixtures, doors, windows, appliances, and office equipment. Assemble, disassemble, move, and install office furniture, equipment, and fixtures. Support occasional after-hours or weekend facilities work when needed to minimize workplace disruption. Provide occasional, as-needed support with device preparation, including firmware loading, quality assurance testing, product testing, and minor repairs. Assist with fulfillment documentation and inventory processes, including shipping records, inventory uploads, and RMA preparation. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements You are a strong fit for this role if you have:  High School diploma or equivalent Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Strong attention to detail Basic knowledge of custodial duties and janitorial duties Experience using cleaning equipment (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, applying floor finishes) Ability of maintaining facilities equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition    Physical Requirements: Must be physically capable of performing custodial and facilities tasks daily Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed TCP is an equal opportunity employer.
