Full-Time Physical Therapist Location: Independence, MO Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Patient Flow: 1–2 patients per hour Pay Range: $80K–$90K for experienced Physical Therapists About the Role This Physical Therapist position offers a steady Monday–Friday schedule, manageable patient volume, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on each patient’s recovery. As a PT, your work will focus on helping patients move better, regain strength, improve function, and work toward goals that matter in everyday life. You will evaluate each patient, create a clear treatment plan, guide therapy sessions, and adjust care as progress is made. What You’ll Do Perform patient evaluations and functional assessments Create treatment plans that match patient goals, diagnoses, and recovery needs Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, balance training, gait training, and mobility support Educate patients on home exercises, body mechanics, injury prevention, and recovery expectations Monitor outcomes and modify treatment plans based on progress Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Coordinate care with physicians, referral sources, and other healthcare professionals as needed Help patients build strength, movement confidence, and independence Requirements Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one Open to new graduates and experienced PTs Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills Ability to provide high-quality care in a full-time clinical role Reliable, professional, and comfortable working with a range of patient needs Benefits Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K plan with Company Match 3 weeks PTO 8 Paid US Holidays CEU Allowance Sign-On Bonus Available Take the next move in your physical therapy career with a role built around quality care and a balanced schedule.
