Steeds meer organisaties ontdekken de kracht van Arda. Daarom zoeken we een Account Manager ter versterking van ons sales team. Wat ga je doen? Jij bent het commerciële hart van Arda. Je zorgt dat klanten blij zijn, dat offertes op tijd de deur uitgaan en dat leads worden omgezet in orders. Behandelen van inkomende offerte aanvragen. Proactief nieuwe klanten benaderen, gericht op de hele Nederlandse markt. Afspraken maken met het belbureau voor het selecteren van markten en prospects. Leads genereren via campagnes. Online demo's geven van het Arda platform. Klanten blij maken door hun wensen te vervullen met ons security awareness platform. Offertes opstellen en uitbrengen. Het CRM up to date houden, notities en vervolgacties bijhouden. Offertes consequent opvolgen en de prospect net zo lang najagen totdat de deal gesloten is. Wat breng je mee? Circa 1 tot 3 jaar werkervaring in B2B of IT sales. MBO of HBO werk- en denkniveau. Commercieel talent, enthousiasme en overtuigingskracht. Je woont in Nederland en spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands, dit is een vereiste. Kennis van het Engels is een pre. Ervaring met CRM systemen is een pre. Ervaring met training of leadgeneratie is een pre. Affiniteit met of interesse in cybersecurity, of in het verkopen aan CISO's en privacy officers, is een pre. Ervaring met aanbestedingen is een pre. More and more organisations are discovering the power of Arda. That is why we are looking for an Account Manager to strengthen our sales team. What will you do? You are the commercial heart of Arda. You make sure customers are happy, quotations go out on time and leads are converted into orders. Handling incoming quotation requests. Proactively approaching new customers across the Dutch market. Making arrangements with the call agency for selecting markets and prospects. Generating leads through campaigns. Giving online demos of the Arda platform. Making customers happy by fulfilling their needs with our security awareness platform. Preparing and issuing quotations. Keeping the CRM up to date, maintaining notes and follow-up actions. Consistently following up on quotations and pursuing the prospect until the deal is closed. What do you bring? Around 1 to 3 years of work experience in B2B or IT sales. MBO or HBO working and thinking level. Commercial talent, enthusiasm and persuasiveness. You live in the Netherlands and speak and write fluent Dutch, this is a requirement. English is a plus. Experience with CRM systems is a plus. Experience with training or lead generation is a plus. Affinity with, or interest in, cybersecurity, or in selling to CISOs and privacy officers, is a plus. Experience with public tenders is a plus. What do we offer? A base salary between 3,000 and 5,000 euros per month, depending on experience.
