Open Interviews: Every Wednesday from 10am - 12pm. 4131 Sunbeam Rd, Jacksonville, Fl 32257 OBJECTIVE Responsible for cleaning one or more assigned locations to City Wide standards, representing the company with professionalism and punctuality. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Vacuum, sweep, mop flooring and stairs. Clean and sanitize bathrooms. Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms. Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Empty trash cans, replace liners, and clean receptacles as needed. Dust and clean office desks and furniture (non-cluttered). Clean windowsills and windows. Maintain janitor closets in a clean, organized, and safe condition. Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition. Properly label, dilute, and use all chemicals. Always Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Perform other routine janitorial duties as assigned. Utilize the Timekeeping system to verify all time worked. Communicate daily priorities or schedule changes with the immediate supervisor. Clean to specific location requirements when applicable. Requirements POSITION REQUIREMENTS Ability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods. Ability to independently carry items weighing less than 50 lbs.; team lift for items over 50 lbs. Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver’s license required. Physical Demands Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting as required by cleaning tasks. ENVIRONMENT Work performed primarily at client locations with varying cleaning requirements. In-person work environment with adherence to safety and PPE guidelines.
