What do we do? As a Sales Agent at Exoticca , you will play a key role in converting interested travelers into unforgettable long-distance experiences. You’ll work with high-quality inbound leads , guiding customers through their travel decisions with a consultative and premium approach. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys Sales, understands customer needs, and wants to grow within an international, fast-paced travel company. You will be responsible for: Handling inbound requests from customers who have already shown interest in Exoticca’s products. Understanding customers’ needs, budget, timelines, and decision-making process, and offering tailored travel solutions. Presenting Exoticca’s value proposition and benefits with a high-end, consultative sales approach. Developing strong product knowledge across destinations and travel packages. Working with clear individual targets while contributing to overall team performance. Ensuring operational excellence by following internal policies and procedures. Actively contributing to a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven sales environment. Requirements Must-have: Proven experience in Sales with a strong performance track record (ideally 3+ years ). Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-focused skills. Motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset. Ability to adapt to a rotational schedule , supporting international markets: 13:00–22:00 15:00–00:00 17:00–02:00 19:00–04:00 (Monthly fixed schedule - Rotation between weekdays and weekends) Please note: schedules may adjust based on business needs. This schedule allows you to work with North American market such as the US and Canada and is compensated accordingly. • English proficiency is required. Additional languages are a strong plus, especially for our key markets (Germany, France, Spain, Mexico, UK, US, CA). • Based in Spain • Start date: August 24th Nice-to-have: Background in Travel, Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields. Experience working with CRMs such as Salesforce, Amadeus, or similar tools. Knowledge of travel trends or experience selling premium products. Why join Exoticca?
