Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Missouri Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM The Role We’re hiring a Missouri-licensed LPC to provide individual counseling through telehealth. You’ll have a regular schedule of client appointments and work with adults dealing with a range of personal, emotional, and behavioral concerns. The position calls for a clinician who can build rapport with clients online, make sound decisions during treatment, and stay on top of the clinical responsibilities that come with an active caseload. What You’ll Handle Meet with clients for scheduled counseling appointments Explore the concerns and circumstances that brought each client to treatment Help clients identify realistic areas to work on during counseling Use counseling methods appropriate to your training and the client’s situation Reassess goals and treatment direction as needed Requirements Active Missouri LPC license Master’s degree in Counseling or related discipline Prior experience in outpatient or telehealth therapy Strong clinical documentation skills Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload Benefits 2 weeks paid time off Health insurance 401(k) with 3% employer contribution Join our team!
