We operate across the UK and internationally, supplying customers through a growing portfolio of consumer brands.  Our brands include:  The Wessex Mint - The world's leading direct-to-consumer live commerce precious metals retailer and the only vertically integrated business operating at scale in the sector.  The Koin Club - Licensed collectible coins and medallions.  Pastel Sixteen - Contemporary fashion and accessories.  Bubba Boo - Eco-conscious baby, toddler and adult clothing.  Jonny's Sister - Personalised gifts and homeware.  Tilly Pig - Financial literacy products for children.  Role Overview  You will support the day-to-day operation of our warehouse, helping ensure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.  This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being busy, takes pride in doing a job properly and works well as part of a team.  Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided on our systems, processes and ways of working. Key Responsibilities  Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.  Pack orders securely and to the required standard.  Prepare and process orders for dispatch.  Move and organise stock within the warehouse.  Assist with receiving and putting away incoming stock.  Ensure stock is stored safely and correctly.  Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.  Support the wider warehouse and distribution team as required.   Requirements Requirements  Reliable, punctual and hardworking.  Good attention to detail.  Comfortable carrying out practical, hands-on work.  Able to work efficiently whilst maintaining accuracy.  Organised and able to follow established processes.  Positive attitude and willingness to learn.  Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.  Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week at our Holton Heath site.  Desirable (but not essential)  Previous experience working within a warehouse environment.  Experience with picking, packing, dispatch or stock movement.  Previous experience working within an e-commerce, retail or distribution environment.  Benefits Benefits & Perks  £12.71 per hour.  Full-time position, 40 hours per week.  20 days annual leave plus UK bank holidays.  Company pension scheme.  Comprehensive training on our systems, processes and ways of working.  Opportunity to develop your skills and progress as the business continues to grow.  Why Join Koin?  You will be joining an established and growing international e-commerce business with a busy operation here in Dorset.  We are looking for people who are dependable, work hard and take pride in doing things properly.
