The Opportunity In a fast-growing business, we are looking for new members in the areas of sales and business development for our South Korea office. This role will focus on game hardware sales at retail stores and the development of partnerships with retail partners. We are looking for a candidate with experience in sales, business development, and e-commerce operations, along with a passion for gaming and manga. You will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams in South Korea and Japan, driving sales and business growth in the exciting market. Responsibilities Drive sales activities for game hardware across physical retail stores and e-commerce platforms in South Korea. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring mutual growth. Work with cross-functional teams in South Korea and Japan to achieve sales and business development goals. Support e-commerce operations, including the development and execution of strategies to grow online sales. Provide reports and insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior. Occasional travel for meetings and events Requirements Over 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, particularly with physical and e-commerce retailers Experience successfully delivering persuasive sales pitches to executives Marketing knowledge and practical experience BtoC sales experience is a plus Familiarity with operating and managing e-commerce businesses is a strong plus Clear communication and creative negotiation skills. Strong organizational, KPI management, and numerical analysis skills Ability to work collaboratively with teams across borders Passion for the gaming and manga industries Language: Fluent in English, native in Korean.
